These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gemmaserenity.com and any service, session, program, or product offered by Gemma Serenity Gorokhoff ("Gemma," "we," "us"). By using this site, booking a conversation, or purchasing or enrolling in anything, you agree to these terms.

1. What We Offer

Gemma provides advisory, AI services and coaching, courses, content, speaking, and related programs. The specifics of any engagement — scope, format, and price — are confirmed with you directly before you begin.

No-refund policy. All purchases, programs, sessions, deposits, and enrollments are final. Gemma operates a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing or enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including unused sessions or change of mind.

2. Payment

Fees are due as agreed at the time of purchase or enrollment. Access to a program, session, or service is contingent on payment being received in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. The no-refund policy in Section 1 applies to all payments.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Gemma brings deep expertise, lived experience, and genuine care to every engagement. Outcomes, however, depend on many factors, including your own participation. Nothing on this site or within any program is a guarantee of any specific financial, professional, emotional, or personal result.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within Gemma's programs — including text, frameworks, methods, course materials, recordings, and brand — is the property of Gemma Serenity Gorokhoff and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute it without written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this site and its services lawfully and respectfully, and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

6. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we never sell or share your contact information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gemma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in any program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
